Inn-Phone is a provider of guestroom telephones to hoteliers across the country. The family-owned and operated company is based in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, and has been in business for 20 years.

The company is a division of Med-Pat, the largest provider of patient-room telephones to hospitals across the country.

Inn-Phone was developed following the success of its partner company Med-Pat. Founder and chairman Abe Zagha saw the need for hospital phone suppliers and started Med-Pat in 1986. In 1999, the founders saw the same need for high-quality, low-cost telephones in the hospitality industry.

“Having been involved in the manufacturing of telephones for hospital rooms for years, guestroom telephones for hotels/motels was the next logical direction,” said Doug Zagha, president of Inn-Phone.

According to Leone, “[The key to our success is] providing products to our customers that are superior in look, feel, durability, performance, and overall quality. We pay attention to individual customer needs — customized telephone faceplates, superior volume control, etc.”
