Nilesh Doshi of Sonu Satellite and Wireless began his business 9 years ago in the basement of his home with just a home phone line and the desire to provide excellent service for his customers. Today, Nilesh, along with his brother Hiten Doshi, have a thriving and successful business with a corporate office in Clementon, New Jersey, with several employees and technicians.

Sonu has also been one of the top retailers for Dish Network for the past two years. Doshi believes that the keys to his success are hard work, dedication, honesty and great customer service. Nilesh first became interested in the satellite industry when he looked into purchasing a dish for himself so he could receive the Indian programming that TV Asia had started providing.

According to Nilesh they specialize in the hotel/motel industry, which is fast becoming one of their main clients. “We have done everything from your “mom and pop” type hotels to five-star, 900-room properties,” says Nilesh. They recently completed installation for a 57-story building in Manhattan.

“We have been very successful and our clients are very happy with the work and service we provide.” Because of his success, Nilesh said that Sonu has become one of the key players in the satellite industry and the hotel industry, but they are also well known in his own community and the community of AAHOA. Sonu has been a longtime sponsor and allied member of AAHOA. At the 2006 AAHOA Convention and Trade Show, Sonu participated in the trade show and was a sponsor of the Passport Program at the convention.
